• Workshop: Spanish Cheese Tasting Session

  As part of Spanish Language Day Día E which we celebrate simultaneously at all the Instituto Cervantes centres worldwide on June 19 we have arranged the following activity: Workshop: Spanish Cheese Tasting Session Participants will explore the main characteristics of Spanish Cheeses and their denomination of origin. The workshop will cover the following: Introduction to the flavours aromas, textures and colours of Spanish cheeses Tasting session of different cheeses including cow Tetilla and Afuga l Pitul goat Ibores sheep Manchego and Idiazabal and blue La Peral and Cabrales Participants will receive a certificate and a map indicating the regions of origin of Spanish cheeses.
