  • Festival Of Central And Easten European Music
    Now in its 3rd year, Pulse Festival celebrates the growing presence and cultural influence of Eastern and Central European communities in the UK and features a wildly eclectic mix of talent from countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia amongst others. A number of breaking British acts will also be appearing at the Pulse event during Coin Street Festival. Across the festival’s three stages, dozens of artists both established and emerging, will cover a wide spectrum of musical genres including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Alternative, Dance, Ethno and Classical.

  • From Europe With Love
    Celebrate Europe Day with a festival of European cinema, on Friday May 9th at the Prince Charles Cinema, Leicester Place, WC2H 7BY.

    The programme begins with an afternoon matinee featuring films from classic directors, Fellini and Cocteau.

    The feature presentation includes a Question and Answer session with the young Hungarian director, Szabolcs Hajdu, followed by the UK premiere of his 2004 comedy, "Tamara".

    Then, through the night, is a thriller trilogy, running on until the first tube home.
